Disney and Clearwater Marine Aquarium

Well it has been a while for us since we last went to Disney. The kids had a little bonus trip to Clearwater Marine Aquarium, the home of Winter the dolphin. If any of you have seen the movie Dolphin Tale, then you know who she is! The girls got to get hands on with her and take a picture! We also lucked out and were there the day that the young actress who played Hazel in the movie was there. The girls had their copy of Dolphin Tale autographed!

December Craziness

December always seems to be one of the busiest months of the year. Between school and church and so much in between, this month has flown by already. I will let the pictures speak for themselves!

November Fun

We made a few trips back to Navarre this month and saw my parents and some friends. This kids were very happy to spend some time with ba and Grandpa, especially for Thanksgiving.

Field Trips!!

Bella and Lexi both went on fields trips this month. Bella and Lexi both went to Lanark, an animal wildlife preserve, and Lexi also went to Dreamfields pumpkin patch. I feel so lucky to have been able to go on all of the fields trips. They had so much fun. There are some other pictures from Bella's activities at school the past month.

Halloween and Raf's Birthday

This year's fall activities seemed endless!! The kids got to go to a fall fest at Raf's school at Maxwell,a fall fest in our neighborhood, and trick or treating on Halloween of course! Halloween was extra special for the girls because Ba and Grandpa were able to come up for the weekend. We also celebrated Raf's 33rd birthday this weekend. By request of the girls, I made him an Angry Birds cake!

Fall Fun

Fall brings with it so many fun activities! Lexi went on her first field trip to an animal wildlife center. She rode on the bus for the first time. We took the kids to the pumpkin patch and had so much fun. From farm animals, face painting, cow train rides, jumpy castles and pig races to the most fun part of picking out pumpkins. Bella has been keeping busy at school and most recently grew a "dirt baby" in class and was able to bring it home and dress it up. You will have to check out all of the pictures!

August and September

The last couple of months have flown by. The kids have started school and are pretty much adjusted to it. The day is pretty long for Lexi but she is taking advantage of her nap time :-) Both girls are doing gymnastics this year. Bella is trying something different though in that she is taking Tumbling instead of the normal gymnastics class. Bella is also a Girl Scout! She is very excited about it. We are liking it here in Montgomery but we miss everyone from back in Navarre alot. My parents and Raf's parents have been able to come up to see us so that has been great! It has been a while since I updated the website so there are links to 4 different albums for you guys to look at.

Moving Time

Well the last few weeks have been filled with goodbyes and lots of unpacking. We have moved to Montgomery,AL for a year so that Raf can do ACSC(Air Command and Staff College). It feels very strange to not be in Florida anymore and we will miss everyone terribly. So far we like it here in Montgomery. The kids like it also but thankfully kids adapt pretty quicky when they are little. My parents spent the last week up here helping us unpack and get settled in. It helped SO much. I think we would still be tripping on boxes if they hadn't come up
     The kids have been spending most of the days jumping on our trampoline. We have so many fun things to do in the area so I don't think we will be bored anytime soon!

Fourth of July Fun

We went to the a great friend's house for their annual fourth of July party on the base. There were fireworks, water fun for the kids and most importantly great friends. We did our own fireworks at the house. There is nothing like Walmart Fireworks to say Independence Day. Hehe.

End of School Year Fun

I can't believe the school year is almost over. I am so proud of both Lexi and Bella for doing so well this year. Lexi graduated pre-k and now LOVES school. Bella had straight A's for the entire year and can read so well. Lexi sang songs at her graduation and recieved the "best all around" award for her class. Bella had a luau for her end of the year party.
